General Sales Conditions: 

1. All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices and do not include any applicable taxes or duties.

2.Payment for all orders must be made in full prior to shipment. We accept a variety of payment methods including wire transfer, credit card, PayPal and Letter of Credit.

3. All orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned once payment has been received.

4. Lead times for shipment will vary based on the product and quantity ordered, and will be specified on the website or provided via email upon request.

5. All of our products can be shipped under one of the Incoterms (as defined by the ICC) determined by the buyer and seller.

6. All products are guaranteed to be in good working condition upon shipment, but we cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during transit.

7. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications and prices without prior notice.

8. Any disputes arising from the sales or use of our products will be resolved in accordance with the laws of PRC. 

9. Our responsibility for any product defects will be limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product.

10. All products sold on the website comply with EU safety and environmental regulations, including but not limited to the RoHS Directive and the Low Voltage Directive.

11. Technical documentation and certifications, such as CE marking, will be provided with the shipment.
